Positioning

Almost every diffuser app on the App Store is a Bluetooth remote for one manufacturer's hardware. Aroma is the opposite: it does not talk to a machine at all. It is a diary for the scents themselves — any brand of oil, any brand of diffuser, organised room by room, with the dates, the settings, and the rating you will want the next time you reorder. Nine months later you still know what was running in the bedroom in March, how long the bottle lasted, and whether it was worth it.
